It felt awesome.
I am so not a runner and am not sure why I tried to convince my body that I could be. I mean… Its fun for short distances but I would rather swim. Or do anything else for fitness.

Thank you! I have meat fairly often? Really depends. Probably once at least every two days. When I am at school, it is more often because dining halls have limited menu choices sometimes. However at home I eat much less meat. Normally it will be only turkey or chicken when I am cooking for myself but I also absolutely love tofu so I eat a lot of that instead.
And my background is Half Dome in Yosemite!!!
- Caesar salad, 2x cheese pizza slice
- Pierogies, salad
- Wasa sourdough x2 + Light garlic and herd Laughing Cow cheese
- 1oz Veggie Pirates Booty
- 1 Shipyard Applehead Beer
- 30 minutes swimming; 5 minutes treading water
- Cashew cookie lara bar.
- Salad with turkey
- Spicy bbq chicken wrap; Side salad
- Pop chips (sour cream and onion)
- 90 calorie brownie
- On my feet for 6 hours at work.
- 1.5 hours spring board diving (SO MANY BRUISES)

My finger is still fucked but healing. My foot is mostly healed.
Decided to take a good look at my fitness goals and realized that I hate treadmills and ellipticals. I would also like to lose some weight again. It crept up on me over the past few months. But for once, thats not my end goal..
I decided 2013 should be a year of trying a bunch of new hobbies.
So far I am making sure of that.
Taking a lifeguard training class and a white water kayaking class.
Also starting to do spring board diving.
So thats about where I am!
I have been slacking all around and need to remotivate myself. Between the broken finger and a janked foot, exercise has been hard. HOWEVER I AM BACK HOPEFULLY!
Been relearning what my body can do at climbing. Not strong anymore and the finger hurts like a B but getting there!
Wow….. So many updates since I have been traveling and havent been able to blog as much. Unfortunately today I suffered an avulsion fracture in my pinky (tendon ripped some bone off) during rugby and might need surgery to repair it.
No climbing. No rugby. No weights. I really dont know what to do. I am super bummed about it.
