Thank you! I have meat fairly often? Really depends. Probably once at least every two days. When I am at school, it is more often because dining halls have limited menu choices sometimes. However at home I eat much less meat. Normally it will be only turkey or chicken when I am cooking for myself but I also absolutely love tofu so I eat a lot of that instead.

My finger is still fucked but healing. My foot is mostly healed.
Decided to take a good look at my fitness goals and realized that I hate treadmills and ellipticals. I would also like to lose some weight again. It crept up on me over the past few months. But for once, thats not my end goal..
I decided 2013 should be a year of trying a bunch of new hobbies.
So far I am making sure of that.
Taking a lifeguard training class and a white water kayaking class.
As I have stated before. I am a lock! I am built like a lock. Everything about me screams lock. This weekend though I flanked Saturday and then I was fly half on Sunday.
Just read reviews and it said I had a good first crack at #10 (never played it before and was told 2 minutes before the match that I would be on the back line). Also, it stated that MY POSITION WAS STILL UP IN THE AIR SO I NEED TO MAKE SURE I HAVE ALL THE BACKLINE PLAYS DOWN.
I know I need a semblance of what they are anyways, even as a forward but the way it was written it sounds like there is about to be a serious shake up in my rugby world!
That next semester I will have rugby practice Mon, Tues, Weds, and Fri, games on Sat, rock climbing practice mon-fri, AND I also have a fitness class Tues and Thurs as well as a west african dance class.
how many calories did you limit yourself to in order to lose 15 pounds in 3 months? can u post sample menus? also, do u drink alcohol? your pics were very inspiring!! i'm 5'11 and weigh 170 :(
Come off anon and chat with me! Also yay tallllll :) Anyways, I would eat around 1,200 net calories a day. Just click through my archive and you will find a ton of posts of what I used to eat day by day, etc. And yep. I would occasionally drink on the weekend with friends. I dunno. I also worked hard so it balanced out.
