Today in rock climbing...
We climbed as many climbs as possible in two hours and I am DEAD NOW.
I am so sore.
I think I climbed like… 14 climbs?
So I burned a ton of calories and got an arm workout :)

Long day at work slingin that sushi!
And getting quite the workout in. Lifting stacks of plates, power walking for 5 hours straight. Squats to get stuff off lower shelves.
And now I am le tired.

Good day= when my legs are dead!!
Finally made it to the gym today after Hell Week. Just jogged for 20 minutes and burned 175 calories. I DID however jog a mile in 11:15! Which is my fastest. Hahah. It still sounds so slow but its getting better :)
Then I did 80 trunk twists, 60 mountain climbs, 15 sit ups and some calf raises. I also balanced on the BOSU ball on my bad leg to get more stabilizer muscles working.

I have this NASTY cough and I am kinda afraid to run because even walking around I buckle over in coughing fits. Silly winter cold!

First 5k!!!!! I am going to. I have to! Date of 5k: December 4th.
Do a cartwheel- I have never done one before. So I kinda want to learn. Just to say I can.
Climb Tsunami- its a hot+ climb. And HARD. This goal might change if I do it sometime soon.
Get my first tattoo that I have had planned for about 4 years now (gotta get dat cash)

Rock climbing log for Nov. 2
On Tuesday I wrote that I was close to finishing Peppermint Patty (hot plus) and was getting frustrated. Well apparently today I decided to just hop the fuck up the wall! Somehow I manuouvered around the fact that my knee was being a brat and still made it to the top!
Peppermint Patty, you are now mine.
And then I tried Flamer (hot) and couldn’t start it at all. Whoops :) BUT thats okay....
I am thinking of signing up for a 5k on December...
Which means I have a month to get a knee brace and get faster and get it so I can in fact do this.

Jogged two and a half miles today :)
In 30 minutes. Normally my knee gives out at the 1.5-2 mile mark but I pushed through it today and was rewarded!! Felt great :)

Tried Peppermint patty (hot+) for the first time today and made it so so so so close to the top! RARG! I just couldn’t bend my bad knee far enough. But now I know that I can do it so I will totally try it again this week and see if I can beast it. I would love to do it! Its a weird little climb…
