Finally made it to the gym today after Hell Week. Just jogged for 20 minutes and burned 175 calories. I DID however jog a mile in 11:15! Which is my fastest. Hahah. It still sounds so slow but its getting better :)
Then I did 80 trunk twists, 60 mountain climbs, 15 sit ups and some calf raises. I also balanced on the BOSU ball on my bad leg to get more stabilizer muscles working.
That plus my biking around campus today and walking around campus= 500 calories!! Jesus!
Then I went to work and was on my feet and up and down stairs for 6 hours.
…. create new blood, renew your bone marrow, fuel your brain, ease your mind, make your lungs work, support your immune system, heal your skin (including that tattoo you had done yesterday), keep your digestive system working smoothly, lubricate your joints, repair and build your muscles, ………
What will you eat to do all that?
I need to think of things like this! 90% of the time, anyway.

On Tuesday I wrote that I was close to finishing Peppermint Patty (hot plus) and was getting frustrated. Well apparently today I decided to just hop the fuck up the wall! Somehow I manuouvered around the fact that my knee was being a brat and still made it to the top!
Peppermint Patty, you are now mine.
And then I tried Flamer (hot) and couldn’t start it at all. Whoops :) BUT thats okay. Ill try it again tomorrow.
And just for kicks I climbed Iron Mountain again and made it up in like a minute. Which is great because I was afraid that when I tried to climb it again, I wouldn’t be able to.
Tried Peppermint patty (hot+) for the first time today and made it so so so so close to the top! RARG! I just couldn’t bend my bad knee far enough. But now I know that I can do it so I will totally try it again this week and see if I can beast it. I would love to do it! Its a weird little climb…
Tried The Great Pumpkin (hot+?). Hahahaha. What a joke. Made it literally to the second hold. That one is going to have to wait for a while.
Tried Get Some (hot) yet again! I made it two holds further than normal though. So progress!
I need to climb some easier climbs so I can feel more accomplished. I am liking that I can climb Hots now though. I am really really happy about that.
