Its a few days away but happy news years in advance!
Today is just a live on coffee and guacamole day....
Still so glad I barely ever drink caffeine so when I drink coffee it hits me like a load of bricks and actually works.
I do love iced coffee though.
Not too bad a day!
Had a hummus/turkey/tomato/lettuce sandwich on whole wheat bread.

Apologies for the semi-absence..
As we all know, its been a bit wacko with finals for everyone. I haven’t been hardcore counting my calories (though I haven’t been eating like a jackass either) and the past few days I have physically not had time to go to the gym.
That said, I am making sure I get to the gym today! :) I did go climbing yesterday but only did like 2 climbs because most of the wall has been taken down...
Today is a day to kick some ass.

Exciting thing of the day:
Found out that I am the same height as my rock climbing instructor but I have about a one and a half inch wingspan advantage over him. Which totally doesn’t sound like much but he is a climbing god and there is officially a move I can do that he can’t.

The climb was intense! But I did it :) I had never jumped before and made it so I was proud :)
I love rock climbing. Its such a good way to get exercise in. And its making my arms, chest, and core so much stronger.

Back from the gym early today!
Warmed up on the treadmill for 5 minutes (.38 miles for 50 calories)
120 trunk twists with 6 lb ball
1 30 sec plank, 2 15 sec 3 point planks
40 oblique knee touches
15 sit ups
30 toe touch crunches
15 hanging leg raises
Then back on the treadmill for 17 minutes for 1.5 miles for 150 calories.
ALSO I DID A MILE IN 10:20. So far this is my fastest mile! Lets get faster though...

Today was a good way to start this again
Ate within my calories (I aim to eat 1300)
Ate a BUNCH of veggies (big salad, brussel sprouts, bell peppers, edamame)
Drank a bunch of water (I still have to drink more before bed)
Went rock climbing and helped Scott out with trying out new routes and helping rate them
AND jogged 2 miles to burn a little more than 200 calories
Plus walked around campus for about 35 minutes today, maybe more
