GYM TWO DAYS IN A ROW???
SO HAPPY. I can’t wait for this summer job to be OVER so I have time to workout again!!!!
But as for today :)
Warmup on treadmill- 5 mins, 41 cals, .37 miles
Trunk twists- 150 @ 6 lb med ball
Knee hugs- 15
Toe touch crunches- 40
Oblique knee touches- 35
Bicep curls- 16, 10 @ 10 lbs each hand

Just got back from the gym... FEELING INVINCIBLE!
It was actually a pretty crap day. But since its been a lonnggggg time of not working out like I had been doing? Hey I figure it could be worse. THE RUN DOWN:
Warm up on treadmill- 5 mins for .32 miles (36 cals)
150 trunk twists at 6 lbs
40 toe touch crunches
40 decline sit ups
30 knee hugs
Seated leg press for right leg- 15, 10, 10 @ 30 lbs
Abductors- 15 @ 165, 15, 20 @ 150 lbs

Settin some goals!
Tomorrow I want to go to the gym in the morning to go for a long run on the treadmill and then tomorrow afternoon to get some awesome ab work and lifting in. Yeah I know. Two times in one day. But it means I will have time so I am soooooo ready!!!

Good morning :) Day off!!!
Right now I am gonna do pushups, sit ups, toe touch crunches, oblique knee touches, KNEE HUG AB LADDER (5 knee hugs, reverse superman for 5 seconds, 10 hugs, 10 seconds, etc), and maybe some jump roping.
Then gonna definitely get some tasty food for breakfast! If the menu online is right for the dorm dining hall, I think I’d like some melon, some pumpernickel toast, scrambled eggs, and...

Days 3 and 4 of Back to Healthy
Day 3: I had a treat dinner of a lot of sushi. Didn’t write everything from the day down but I think I was in the 1500-1600 cal range. Completely fine with me.
Day 4 (today)
Breakfast: 2 slices pumpernickel rye bread, scrambled eggs, banana
Lunch: Tortellini soup, hummus, pita, salad
Snack: Ice cream!
Dinner: cheese pizza, 2 wings, salad
Snack: Banana
Total calories so far: 1,182...
Day 2 of Back to Healthy!!
Intake:
Breakfast- 2 slices pumpernickel bread, scrambled egg, grapes
Lunch: soft ground beef tacos with lettuce, jalapenos, sour cream. Big salad. Cookie and soy milk.
Dinner: 2 bites chicken with alfredo sauce, rotini pasta, pesto sauce, salad, 1 slice garlic bread.

Lunch: Cheddar cheese, crackers, fig spread, sparkling lemonade
Dinner: Calzone slice, salad, cannolis
Snacks: kiddie passionfruit frozen yogurt with strawberries, bag of baked lays, low cal gatorade
Total calories: Just hitting 1,200 maybe a little lower but not by much…

Not the best day
Pretty unhappy with how I have been eating since I am living in a dorm again. I just miss cooking and shopping for myself (I don’t have a fridge so its hard and no car, time, etc.) It hasn’t been awful but it really is hard when you have SO few choices for food. Believe me when I say this.
My job also requires about 14 hours a day right now since its a summer science program for high...

Ankle is acting up and swollen FRICKING AGAIN
Damn it old motorcycle injury!!! Plus just moved to a new house again so I havent gone to the gym for 3 days…. And probably wont be able to for a while with my new job schedule!
