My fingers are so sore from climbing today
How our wall works is there are mild, spicy, hot, and fire climbs and I have been climbing hots recently and its killin me!!! SO SORE!  But ya know in a good way. My arms are getting better.

Post gym shower time!!
Warm up: 5 mins on the treadmill for .36 miles and 42 calories Trunk twists: 150 at 6 lbs Toe touch crunches: 20 Seated leg press: both legs- 20 at 70 lbs; right leg only- 15, 10, 5 at 20 lbs Treadmill for 14 minutes (1 mile, 103 calories) Not bad :) Also rode my bike for around 20 minutes and walked around campus for around 20 minutes too.

Great day climbing today!!!
At the end of last semester my goal was to climb a route called Jurassic and today I did it!!! I beasted today and climbed two routes that had been giving me MAJOR trouble! Now my arms are dead.. Was in class/working in lab for 12 hours today. Glad rock climbing counts as class ;) Rode my bike around campus today for a good 20 or so minutes. Plus some walking. It was great.  Now time for...

Oof I am tired!
Danced a bunch last night with the boy, rock climbed today, worked (on the 2nd floor of the restaurant and it was SO BUSY UP AND DOWN ALL DAMN NIGHT) and just walked 20 minutes home. First time back in the gym and I am as weak as a kitten! Was on a time constraint so I only did 1.53 miles in 22 minutes on the treadmill for 160 calories.  I actually was jogging for quite a while but then my knee just started killing me. I really need to work on my legs again to get rid of as much of that pain as possible!
