Just threw the newest reincarnation of banana...
Used only whole wheat flour (all I had), used yogurt instead of applesauce or cottage cheese, didn’t have normal oats so threw some steel cut in instead but only had a little bit of those because the tin I THOUGHT had oats had tapioca in it (???), used agave instead of sugar.
Soooooo lots of changes. Lets see how they turn out!

Made blueberry whole wheat cornmeal pancakes for...
I used almond milk and honey in them, instead of milk and sugar. They were awesome. Ate them in the sunshine with Manu (see previous post) and some Fage plain yogurt and strawberries :)

Okay so it was 3.5 miles and it took 45 minutes.
I am okay with this. And very excited to shower.
Gonna go to my dads later today and give the new Rottie pup a little walk as well to get up to 4 miles for the day. Dogs make exercise so much more fun.
Grocery stores are way too much fun.

Today is gonna be my rest day.
Cause I was traveling for 12 hours yesterday and now I am in Zona and headed to go watch a DBacks game!
Saw family all morning.
Tomorrow I will be up bright and early to beat the heat and get a few more miles in :)

2 miles in 21:32 minutes.
I will definitely take that! Roughly 214 calories burned and I am sweating buckets. This showers gonna feel awesome.
But really these shoes are fricking amazing. I felt like my legs got a lot LESS sore from the past two days just by jogging in them. Does that make sense?
Anyways, 2 miles in and I give these shoes a thumbs up.

Hey. I have to wear SOME stuff on my jog today.
Just going to do a little baby 2 mile jog to test out the new shoes. Plus I have to make sure I am home in time to shower and catch my ride to the airport.
When I am done packing, I get to take my new Frees...

I shouldn't complain about jogging in the humidity...
Just got back from my 4 miles for the day. I did the same route as yesterday except I went in the opposite direction.
OH HOLY HELL IT TURNS OUT GOING THE OTHER WAY MEANS A LOT OF IT IS UPHILL. I mean like… 2/3 is uphill. Legs are currently on fire. In a good way.
I did it today however in 47:56, with my average speed being 5.08 mph. Woohoo improvements already? Yesterday was the same route...
I think I should do the same route I did...
Lets see how I do on the 4 miles today!

Just sent some awesome new climbs at CRG that they just put up. There is a sick new 11!
Up early.
Granola, yogurt, blueberries for breakfast.
Off to take my second final in a few minutes.
After that, only one final left tomorrow morning!

If I get a solid 3 hours of Neurophys studying in tonight, I think I should totally be allowed to treat myself to two hours of climbing tomorrow morning before my second final. Then spend the rest of the day studying. Totally fair.

Hit up Central Rock Hadley this morning at 6:30 for a few hours with two friends. Got a few climbs in before my rib/muscle thing started hurting too much (I hurt it coughing from bronchitis? Its weird I dunno). Then my fingers were just way dead too.
